All my classes are set up on two principles. Breath, and YOU.
I love to offer a base model for any pose, and modifications as needed. Scaled back or turnt up! It’s all about you finding your groovement. My goal is to help you, my Moflow, to feel good doing the best you can with whatcha got. Yoga is for everybody, but not every pose is for every body.

Groovement
In all my classes, I encourage self expression in movement. Thinking of the transitions as “grace between the poses” and letting students explore their own space uniquely to them. How can you get from A to B with as much style, grace, strength, or tenderness? It’s up to you.
Slow Flow Moflow
The Slow Flow Mofo. Taking time to work the pose and breath, and finding the right alignment for your body. We work multi directions on the mat based off of Universal Yoga.
Rebel Yin Yoga
My take on Yin Yoga. I like to call it Rebel Yin. Mixing the restorative Yin yoga AFTER a loose warm up featuring elements from various yoga styles like Hatha and Ashtanga, martial arts, and other moving meditations like Quigong. Chipping rust off the underwear.
